• Collection of the deceased during office hours (additional £100 for out-of-office hours).

• Simple coffin.

• Cremation at a Cheshire crematorium with choice of music to be played.

• Return of ashes to a location of your choice (Manchester or Stockport branches, or home delivery within 15 miles*).

*Charges may apply for delivery beyond 15 miles.

While direct cremation doesn’t include attendance at the committal, we offer a webcast so family and friends can share in the moment remotely. This ensures that everyone has the opportunity to say their farewells, even if they cannot attend in person.

Handling Ashes with Care

Once the cremation is complete, we provide flexible options for the final resting place of your loved one’s ashes:

• Ash Collection or Local Delivery: You may collect the ashes from our Manchester or Stockport branches, or have them delivered to your home within a 15-mile radius. Charges may apply for deliveries beyond this distance.

• Scattering or Interment: We can assist with scattering or interring the ashes, depending on your family’s wishes.

All direct cremations take place in a crematorium set in the beautiful Cheshire countryside, surrounded by six acres of landscaped gardens. This peaceful, natural environment ensures that your loved one’s cremation is carried out with dignity and care. Should you wish to choose an alternative crematorium this can be arranged however additional charges may apply.
